Scry 1, then upload the top card of your library. If it’s an instant or sorcery card, you may cast a copy of that spell without paying its mana cost. If it’s a permanent card, create a token that’s a copy of that permanent. That token gains haste. Exile it at the beginning of the next end step. (To upload a card, exile it face-up. Its owner may pay to put it into their hand any time they could cast a sorcery.)
